The Oxen is a fully original, multi-platform solution designed to meet the demands of Strongman-specific training. It seamlessly combines the functionality of a Half Rack, Yoke, Farmer’s Carry, and Carry Frame — all within a single, versatile system.

Half Rack

Comes with 2 pairs of UHMW Lined Half Safeties
Comes with a pair of J-cups

Yoke

Comes with a UHMW Lined sliding Crossbar / Carry Bar, super easy to move and setup compared to other Yokes
Comes with Removeable Loading Pins to allow for weight reduction if needed for Press work or an even lighter Yoke setting

Farmer’s Carry

Comes with Rotating Alternating Handles, allows the users to select from a Fat Grip, even Fatter Grip and a standard grip via the steel locking pin in-between the two rotating grips.

Frame Carry

Comes with a Locking Crossbeam with hand tightening functionality that can be adjusted in terms of width to allow the user to have the exact setup needed for their event.
