Standard Products
If a standard product is delivered in perfect, undamaged condition and meets our standard specifications (including color, size, and features), you may return it to Williams Strength within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund of the original purchase price, minus a 25% restocking fee. You are responsible for all return shipping costs to Williams Strength, and the product must be returned in its original, resalable condition.
Custom Items
Custom or made-to-order items (customized in color, size, or any other specifications diverging from our standard product offerings) are not eligible for a refund unless an exception is made at the sole discretion of Williams Strength. Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be readily resold without incurring additional costs to refurbish the item to align with our standard product offerings.
Used Products
Any product—whether standard or custom—that is determined by Williams Strength, at its sole discretion, to have been used and that does not exhibit any immediate or latent defects covered under the respective item warranty is not eligible for a refund, unless an exception is granted at the sole discretion of Williams Strength.
Damaged Products
For products damaged in transit, or products with damages or defects covered under the respective product warranty, please contact us immediately to arrange for a refund or exchange. Williams Strength reserves the right to waive fees on a per-order basis in exceptional cases.

For freight shipments, please note that Williams Strength may select a freight carrier at its sole discretion and will provide you with further instructions once contacted.
Refunds
Once your item has been received and inspected, and any outstanding balances are settled, your return or exchange will be processed. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item for this process to be completed. The 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and you will be notified by email or phone once the process is complete.
